  • Generally attributed to William Duane. Two editions (Shaw & Shoemaker 4110 and 4111) were printed by William Duane & Son at Washington in 1803
  • This edition varies from those printed by Duane & Son in the use of the long "s." In 1803 Duane was using the short "s" in both his Philadelphia and Washington printing offices
